摘    要:介绍了铁素体基体球铁减速器壳体的铸造工艺设计。对铸件生产中可能出现的问题进行了分析,采用设计的工艺方法试验生产的铸件未出现缩孔缩松、冷隔、浇不足、裂纹等缺陷。气孔和砂眼废品也得到有效控制,材料性能满足技术要求,并验证了工艺设计的合理性。

Abstract:The foundry method design of a nodular iron reductor housing with ferrite matrix was de-scribed. The problems which maybe arise in castings production were analyzed. No defects such as shrinkage cavity/porosity, cold shut, misrun and cracking and so on have been found with castings produced with designed method, and the blow hole and sand inclusion defects have been also con-trolled effectively. Material properties met technical requirements. The rationality of the method has been confirmed.
