摘    要:为提高DER并网运行的可靠性和经济性,设计了一套基于B/S架构的分布式电源并网监控系统。针对家庭式DER监控灵活性较差这一问题,进行了监控平台的设计、Boa服务器与CGIC标准库的移植,在此基础上建立了Mini SQL嵌入式数据库和编写了Web界面。该监控系统采用B/S架构,能够节约监控主站与专用网络的建设成本,在保障DER安全可靠运行的同时可将运行参数直观地显示在Web界面。最后在分布式电源并网工程技术研究中心进行试验,结果表明该系统能够有效地监控分布式电源并网运行。

Abstract:In order to improve the reliability and economy of DER grid-connected operation, a DER monitoring system is designed based on B/S framework. To resolve the less flexibility of family-DER monitoring system, this paper designs the monitor platform, and transplants Boa server and the CGIC standard library. On these basis, the Mini SQL embedded database and Web interface are set up. The monitoring system using B/S framework can save construction cost of master station and private network, ensure DER reliability and display information in Web interface. In the end, this monitoring system is tested in Engineering Research Center for DER grid-connected. The results show that DER grid-connected operation can be monitored effectively by this monitoring system.
