| 摘 要： | 目的从中国本土化的视角研究产品服务系统以及可持续发展过程的实践。方法以武汉24 h自助图书馆服务系统为背景,结合实践项目城市自助图书馆服务系统,例举使用方法及服务系统构架。结论在可持续设计的理念下,分析自助图书馆系统服务的问题点,提升图书馆自助阅读体验,探索可持续实践对社会发展的积极作用。

| Abstract: | In order to research the product-service system and practice of sustainable development from the perspective of the Chinese localization, this paper took Wuhan 24 hours self-service library system as a background combined with the practice project of city self-help library service system, and illustrated methods of application and architecture of the service system. Under the concept of sustainable design, analyzing the problems of city self-help library service system can improve the self-help library service experiences and explore the positive effect of sustainable practices on social development. |
