摘    要:针对架空输电线舞动问题,提出了一种控制方法。此方法的基本原理是:使作用在输电线上的气动力近似地成为平衡力系,从而控制输电线舞动。实现的方法是在输电线螺旋地缠绕横截面为三角形的塑料带,使气动力的攻角沿输电线的长度方向周期性地变化,使作用在输电线上的气动力近似地成为平衡力系。用实验验证基本原理和实现方法的正确性。用能量分析方法导出了螺距设计公式。提出的控制输电线舞动方法与失谐摆和偏心重锤相比,有不使输电线静张力明显增加的优点。

Abstract:For the problem of galloping of overhead transmission line, a kind of controlling method is proposed. The base principal in controlling method is madding aerodynamic force acting on transmission line changed into approximate balance state. The accomplishing method is that the attack angles of aerodynamic forces are made changing along transmission line so aerodynamic forces are made being approximate balance state by spiral winding plastic belt on transmission line. The principal and the accomplishing method are corrective by experiment. The spiral distance formula is given by energy analysis. The damper in this paper has advantage not making transmission line tension in balance state large to de-tuning pendulum and bias hammer.
