摘    要:采用先进的BP技术和仿生CAD建模进行新型生物活性骨制造的设计思想,开发了新型快速制造系统—气压式熔融沉积快速成型机。文章介绍了BP技术中FDM的基本工作原理及其特点,随后就所开发的AJS系统的基本结构、加工工艺以及各项工艺参数对成型精度的影响等方面做了进一步说明。研究证明,以气压作为挤压动力有效可行,系统工作稳定,加工精度高,不仅可以完成传统FDM的加工任务,而且通过自行研发的改性生物材料,还可以快速成型出人工骨的三维立体模型,是将模具制造和生物技术相结合的曲型案例。

Abstract:A new rapid prototyping system-AJS system(Air-pressrue Jet Solidification)is developed on RP technology and bionic CAD medeling.The paper introduced the fundamental working principle and the characters of the FDM,then addressed the fundamental structure,buiding technique of the AJS syytem and various technical parameters which affected the accuracy.Through the experiment,it is proved that using air pressure as squeezed power is reasonable with the AJS system working steadily.It can be used not only for rapid prototyping such as the traditional FDM technology,but also for the fabrication 3D (three-dimensional)mould of artificial bone by using biomaterial developed,and it is a typical case for Iinking mould fabrication with biology technology.
