摘    要:模拟实际机床的的加工环境,建立模拟的加工实验平台.介绍了其机械结构设计、步进电机的运动控制、单片机与计算机的串口通讯、传感器的模数转换、软件功能、界面设计以及样机的制作.实际使用情况表明,实验台的综合性能达到了设计要求,实验效果显著.

Abstract:The equipment serves as an experimental platform to simulate the actual machining environment.It introduces its mechanical structure design,motion control of the stepper motor,microcontroller and the computer's serial port communication,the sensor's analog-digital conversion,software features,interface design and prototype production.The results show that the test bench's overall performance in this experiment can meet the design requests,and that the experimental effects are obvious.
