| 摘 要： | 发夹模具是当前模具行业中竞争比较激烈的模具之一,如何提高发夹模具曲面加工精度成为我们关注的焦点。本文从发夹模具加工工艺的角度出发,寻找影响发夹模具曲面加工精度的因素,针对其影响因素提出了改进的措施,提高了发夹模具曲面加工精度。

| Abstract: | Hairpin mold is one of the most competitive molds in recent years.Our main concern is how to improve the processing precision of curved surface of a hairpin mold.This paper centers on the processing crafts of hairpin mold,seeks for the factors that affect the precision.Then,several improvements are suggested accordingly.The paper aims to improve the processing precision of curved surface of hairpin mold. |
