| 摘 要： | 为寻求缓冲包装的合理化,在考虑内装物品特性的基础上必须考虑运输环境条件参数,包括速度、加速度、冲击、振动、大气压强、温度和湿度等.提出适于我国随车跟踪检测的数据检测装置,探讨了该装置中央处理芯片内程序及附带的软件的运行情况.通过对检测数据进行分析,最后得出能为运输包装设计提供有效帮助的图谱和数据.文中特别指出了传感器的选择或制作在该装置中的重要性.

| Abstract: | In order to make appropriate cushion package, we should consider the property of packed commodities and the transport environment including velocity, acceleration, shock, vibration, atmospheric pressure, temperature, humidity and so on.. This paper put forward a data detection device fixed on the conveyance, and discussed the general program of CPU and incident software. Through the analysis of the data and calculating of the graph and data, it gave help to the package design. The importance of the choice or make of the sensor was emphasized. |
