精确化装补球制度在金平镍矿磨矿中的应用

摘    要:为了解决金平镍矿选矿厂生产中镍回收率偏低和磨矿细度不高的问题 ,采用精确化装补球制度来改进磨矿工艺 ,结果使磨矿细度提高约 10 %,而镍的回收率提高了 2 .18%,圆满地解决了选矿厂的生产问题

THE APPLICATION OF THE ACCURATE LOADING-AND-FILLING BALL SYSTEM IN THE GRINDING OF THE NICKEL ORE IN JINPING

Abstract:In order to solve the major producing problem that the recovery of the Nickel ore is low and the granularity of the grinding product is wide in the ore dressing plant for Nickel ore in Jinping, we improved the grinding procedure by applying the accurate loading-and-filling ball system. As a result, we upgrade about 10% for the grinding granularity and 2.18% for the recovery of the Nickel ore. Consequently the producing problem was satisfactorily solved.
