分布式光纤传感器灵敏度试验研究

摘    要:通过室内模拟试验对比分析,研究影响分布式光纤传感器灵敏度的因素,以期为工程应用确定一种更加合理的光纤传感器。首先根据分布式光纤监测面板挠度的传感机理设计制作一种螺旋形光纤传感器;然后对试验数据进行对比分析,得出不同直径及不同螺旋间距的橡胶管对分布式光纤传感器感知外界变化灵敏度的影响程度亦不相同,分析试验结果最终确定直径40mm、螺旋间距15mm的光纤传感器为分布式光纤监测面板挠度的合理工具。

Abstract:Through lab simulation test and comparison analysis,this paper studies the factors that affect the sensitivity of distributed optic fiber sensors,so as to define a more rational optic fiber sensor for engineering application.The test is first to design and make a spiral optic fiber sensor according to the sensing mechanism of the distributed optic fiber to monitor the deflection of slabs,then compare and analyze the test data.The result is that rubber tubes with different diameters and spiral spaces have different impact on the distributed optic fiber sensor's sensitivity of sensing external changes.Based on the test result,it is finally determined that distributed optic fiber sensors with 40 mm diameter and 15 mm spiral space are a suitable tool for monitoring the deflection of slabs.
