摘    要:建立了石墨炉原子吸收光谱法测定皮革及其制品中痕量镉的试验方法。样品经浓硫酸和过氧化氢湿法消解,以硝酸镁为基体改进剂,试验了石墨炉原子吸收法测定镉的最佳仪器条件。在选定的最优测试条件下,镉的检出限为0.053μg/L,样品加标回收率为96.2%~105.6%,相对标准偏差小于3.2%。用于皮革及其制品中痕量镉的测定,结果...
