| 摘 要： | 抵制倾销行为的反倾销措施在国际贸易中已成为世界各国用于防止或制止倾销行为，保护国内产业的一种重要的非关税措施，我国出口企业遭受国外反倾销的现状、原因、危害应引起足够的重视，我国出口企业面对国外反倾销必须采取有效的措施，在此个人发表的一些想法。

The article analyses that Chinese en-terprises faces present situation , reasons and harm of overseas anti - dumping , which has some, views about how to settle problems of anti - dumping. |
