超声波辅助提取广金钱草总黄酮的工艺研究

摘    要:为了充分合理利用广金钱草的自然资源,探索超声波辅助提取广金钱草总黄酮的工艺条件。以广金钱草提取干浸膏中总黄酮的含量为指标,采用单因素和正交试验确定超声波辅助提取广金钱草总黄酮的工艺条件。优化的的工艺条件为提取溶剂乙醇浓度为70%,超声时间为30min,料液比为1︰20,超声次数为3次。超声波辅助提取广金钱草总黄酮的工艺研究结果比较可靠,而且简单易行,具有提取温度低、时间短、含量高的优点。

Abstract:To study the optimum extraction process of total flavonoids in Herba Desmodii Styracifolii to use this kind of nature source fully and rationally. Using the concentration of total flavonoids as main evaluating indicators, the extraction process was optimized with single factor method and orthogonal design. The optimum condition of extracting total flavonoids in Herba Desmodii Styracifolii with ultrtasonic method were obtained, the concentration of ethanol, the extracting time, the ratio between raw material and solvent and the extraction times were 70 %, 30 min, 1:20, 3 times respectively. The optimum ultrtasonic extraction process of total flavonoids in Herba Desmodii Styracifolii was high efficient and the determination method was easy and accurate,which can be used for analysis of total flavonoids in this herb.
