开环异落叶松树脂酚二葡萄糖苷的分离与纯化

摘    要:为了得到较高纯度的开环异落叶松树脂酚二葡萄糖苷(SDG),先使用65%的乙醇水溶液从脱脂亚麻籽粉中提取SDG聚合物,再选用AB-8大孔树脂从脱脂亚麻籽的乙醇提取物中分离纯化SDG。结果表明,此法可使SDG的纯度达到58.9%,以亚麻木脂素粗提物中的SDG含量为基准,算得产物的得率为40.1%。

Abstract:In order to get high purity of SDG,SDG polymer from defatted flax powder was first extracted with 65% ethanol,then SDG was separated and purified by AB-8 resin.Results showed that the purity of SDG could reach 58.9% with this method,and the yield of product was 40.1%.
