A clinical and experimental study of the food and biological value of dietetic canned chicken meat for children |

| Abstract: | The results are presented of clinico-experimental investigations of 4 different variants of dietetic canned chicken meat for children. The products were enriched with blood stimulants. Certain clinical and hematological parameters were used for the evaluation of the effectiveness of the canned chicken meat. The results obtained have evidenced that the products studied are tolerated well and produce a pronounced antianemic effect. |
