轧机扭振新微分算子法研究

摘    要:1982年春,在应用微分算子法和模态分析法等计算中板轧机主传动系统扭转振动固有频率和扭振扭矩放大系数时,发现前苏联学者斯·恩·科茹夫尼科夫《带弹性键环机械动力学》中,应用微分算子法求解系统扭振动态响应有错误,计算结果与模态分析法、拉氏变换法等不同。在本论文中,提出微分算子法解常系数非齐次线性微分方程组的一种新解法并结合实例进行具体计算。虽然微分算子法较复杂,但它的结果较为清晰,能对各参数的影响进行分析,由此可研究采取相应的对策,较其它的方法有独特的优点。

Abstract:In 1982's spring, when used the operator method and modal analysis method etc. for calculating inherent frequency of torsional vibration and torque amplification factor about medium plate rolling-mill main transmission system. Discoved: in this book (U. S. S. R. scholar-C. H. Кожевников 《Динамнка Машин Супрутнми Звенъями》 , there were mistakes that using differential operator method for soluting rolling-mill torsional vibration dynamic resonance, the result was not same with modal analysis method and Laplace transformation method etc.. In this paper,it was provided a new solution of constant coefficicut inhomogeneous linear differential equation group by differential operator method and practically calculated combining with the example. Though the differential operator method is more complex, but its result is very clear. It is easy to analyze the effect on every parameter. Thus, through taking relative counter measures, it has peculiar advantages comparing with other method.
