| 摘 要： | 本着理论与实践结合、提高学生实践能力的原则,结合酒店管理专业课程教学改革的需要,对前厅与客房管理课程进行了一些改革尝试,主要包括教学内容、教学方法、教学手段、实践环节及考核方法的改革。
