阳泉二电厂炉水pH值降低原因的试验分析

摘    要:通过对阳泉二电厂1号,2号机水汽质量进行跟踪监测,查出了给水pH值不低而炉水pH值降低的原因是由于精处理再生设备存在严重缺陷,精处理混床在线电导率表未正常投运,混床运行中泄漏大量Cl^-,造成炉水Cl^-浓度升高,炉水pH值下降。从机理上对试验现象进行了分析,提出了严格控制运行中精处理混床出水电导率,消除精处理再生设备摧残,改变炉内水处理方式等建议。

Abstract:By continuous measurement of water steam quality of No.1 and No.2 generator unit at the Yangquan No 2 power plant,it finds that the pH decreasing in boiler water but without any decreasing in feed water is due to the abnormal performance of in-situ conductivity analyzer and the defect of regenerate condensate polishing device,which led to the leaking of Cl - and then the rising of Cl - in boiler water.As a result,the pH of boiler water decreased.Based on the abave analysis,the best control of running was proposed.
