国产碳化硅晶须的特性及其增韧效果

摘    要:本文观察分析了两种国产SiC晶须的表面杂质元素和形貌,得知晶须A表面光滑,其中有少量晶须是弯曲状,晶须B比较平直,表面粗糙.晶须A中包含有许多堆垛层错(Stackingfaults),人字状花纹缺陷(Chevrondefects)和锯齿状缺陷,而晶须B中仅观察到有堆垛层错.测试了这两种晶须增韧的氧化铝陶瓷刀具材料的性能,并探讨了晶须增韧氧化铝陶瓷刀具材料的机理.

Abstract:Two kinds of home-made whiskers from different supplier were characterizedby X-ray diffraction, transmission electron microscopy and scanning electron rnicrocopy.Whisker A has a much smoother surface profile than whisker B. While whisker B seems morestraight than whisker A. Whisker A contained a high density of stacking faults, chevron defects and sawteeth faults along their entire length, while whisker B contains only stackingfaults. The mechanical properties of the two kinds of reinforced ceramics tool materials weredisscussed in order to investigate whisker toughening effeet.
