| Abstract: | Potato late blight is a devastating disease in potato production. Chemical control has always provided the primary means of managing this disease. This paper briefly discusses the historical development of the chemical pesticides used in controlling potato late blight, their mechanisms of fungicidal action, current general status of their use, and their primary use in the future. |
