一种SPWM控制的多电平逆变器电压误差补偿策略

摘    要:以中点箝位式(Neutral Point Clamped,NPC)三电平电路和双三电平电路拓扑结构为例,分析了SPWM控制的多电平逆变器中功率元件的死区及管压降对输出特性的影响。提出了通过改变SPWM电压控制矢量来补偿死区和管压降造成的电压误差的策略。实验表明,对于多电平逆变器供电的异步电动机控制系统,在无定子电流闭环调节的情况下,采用该补偿策略可以有效地改善输出特性。

Abstract:Take neutral point clamped (NPC) three-level inverter and double three-level inverter as example,the IGBT dead-time and voltage-drop in multi-level inverter,which influence on the output-characteristics of multi-level inverter based on SPWM, are analyzed in this paper. A compensation strategy is proposed, which can improve the output-characteristics by means of the compensation of voltage control vector of SPWM. The test shows that the proposed strategy is efficient for multi-level inverter-fed induction machine control system without stator-current loop.
