摘    要:LHA-28气相法制备的超稳Y裂化催化剂是针对加工中间-环烷基原料开发的新型超稳Y分子筛催化剂,该催化剂已用于中国石油锦西炼化公司第三套催化裂化装置。工业应用结果表明,LHA-28催化剂的水热稳定性好,重油转化能力强,焦炭选择性好,轻质油收率较高。在相近的操作条件下,轻质油收率较原装置使用的常规水热法制备的超稳Y分子筛对比剂提高约1.1个百分点,具有较好的工业推广应用前景。

Abstract:A USY cracking catalyst LHA-28 prepared by vapor-phase method aimed at inferior and refrac-tory feedstock was put into use in the resid FCCU in Jinxi Petrochemical Company. The test run result showed that LHA-28 possessed good hydrothermal stability, high bottoms crackability, good coke selectivity and high light oil yield. In comparison with the original used USY catalyst prepared by conventional hydrothermal method at similar oper-ating condition, the yield of light oil increased by 1.1 percentages. It has the prospects to spread in the industry.
