摘    要:为解决纳米电子膜喷射敷膜的一致性和标准化,根据多元惨杂SnO材料配方的工艺指标要求,依据人工喷射过程中温度、压力和时间的经验数据,采用人工神经网络和模糊协同控制方法,建立了电子膜加热元件敷膜过程的自动喷射系统,分析了基于神经网络的模糊协同敷膜控制技术的可行性,并通过实例进行了分析.结果表明,采用模糊协同控制喷射系统能够控制电热膜元件表面的功率密度,元件表面膜层均匀、单位功率一致,使电子膜加热元件的制作工艺达到了标准化.

Abstract:In order to settle jet filming standardization and consistence of nanometer electro-thermal film and to determine three experiential data of temperature, pressure and time in manual jet process, technology parameter structure through Artificial Neural Network and Fuzzy Cooperative Control in the given object power of electro-thermal film element are gained based on technology indexes of plural material dispensation with SnO_2 adulterant. Temperature, pressure and time by study and fuzzy discursion of in-out on jet filming network can be controlled effectively. Result indicates that the jet system with Fuzzy Cooperative Control can control surface power density of electro-thermal film element and make material solutions react adequately, make element surface film even, and make unit power uniform. The innovation of system makes the manufacture technology of electro-thermal film element up to standardization.
