| 摘 要： | 分析了政府政策、居民购买能力、开发商自身因素、城市化水平这些主要原因对中国城镇居民住房需求的影响,通过分析对这些主要因素提出了一些建议并预测在未来的十年里,中国城镇居民住房的需求将持续增长。

| Abstract: | The essay analysed these main element,such as the government policy,the purchasing power of residents,the own element of the development businessman,and how these element influence the needs to housing in town and cities of China.By means of analyses,the author propose some suggestion to these main of elements and forecast that the residents in town and cities of China will keep increasing continuously in the needs to housing in the following ten years. |
