| Abstract: | In this paper,the reducer in the main drive system of the rolling mill has been diagnosed successfully by using vibration intensity method and frequency domain analysis method.Some faults have been found that the disalignment happens between the axial lines of the high speed shaft and the intermediate shaft,the bolt pretightening force of the working bearing block side in the high speed shaft is not enugh and the gear pair of high speed level is damaged badly. |
