| 摘 要： | <正> The purpose of this paper is to establish an energy band diagram of undoped SIPOS (Semi-Insulating Polycrystalline Silicon)/Si heterojunctions.C-V characteristics of the heterojunction diodes were measured at the frequency high enough to neglect dielectric relaxation in undoped SIPOS.
