摘    要:在结合实际经验的基础上,参考相关的大中型商业建筑项目的设计,主要对于商业建筑中餐饮区域的通风、空调和燃气系统设进行一定探讨,希望能够对于今后的商业餐饮设计发展起到一定作用。
