| 摘 要： | 本文通过对45钢不同状态的断口进行腐蚀,使用扫描电子显微镜(SEM)观察其断口形貌变化,发现:随着腐蚀时间的延长,对于退火态和正火态以及回火态的断口的断裂特征将逐渐消失;而腐蚀对淬火态的断口形貌影响较小。

| Abstract: | The fractures in the different state of 45# steel were corroded and were observed by scan electronic microscope （ SEM ） . The results show that the fracture characteristics of annealing , normalizing and tempering steels gradually disappear with the elongation of the time . However , there are nearly no effect of corrosion on the fracture characteristics of quenching steel . |
