机器人数控机床管控系统设计及应用

摘    要:针对我国制造业制造过程仍缺乏全方位的信息化和自动化的问题,本文提出了一种机器人数控机床管控作业系统。该系统包括管控单元、过程监控单元、模块化机器人单元、智能数控机床单元和自主导航运料单元。通过管控单元与其他单元的相互通讯,按照管控单元的调度逻辑顺序,控制相应的其他单元,实现制造过程的全自动化作业。该系统已应用到某球销加工企业中,减少了企业的用工成本,提高了企业的自动化程度和生产效率,产品质量和稳定性也得到大幅提高。

Abstract:Since manufacturing process still lack information and automation of the full range of issues , this paper proposes a robot operating system of CNC machine tools . The system includes a control unit , process monitoring unit , modular robot unit , intelligent CNC machine tool unit and autonomous navigation of material transport unit . Through mutual communication control unit and other units , the logical order of the scheduling control unit , the respective other control unit , to achieve full automation of the manufacturing process . The system has been applied to a ball off of processing enterprises , reducing the labor costs of enterprises and improving the degree of automation and productivity of enterprises . Product quality and stability have also been greatly improved .
