中大型液压挖掘机独立散热系统的应用

摘    要:针对中大挖散热效果不佳,将液压油冷分离出来,做成两个散热器,采用两个风扇进行冷却。一个散热器是中中空冷与水冷合成,由发动机直接驱动的风扇冷却。一个散热器是液压油冷,由发动机取力口驱动一个齿轮泵带动的马达驱动的风扇驱动,风扇转速根据液压油温高低变化。

Abstract:In accordance to the poor cooling effect for large hydraulic excavators , the hydraulic oil cooling was separated to make two radiators , using two fans to cool . One radiator is hollow cooling and water cooling synthesis , which is driven directly by engine . Another radiator is cooled by hydraulic oil , driven by a motor-driven fan worked by a gear pump , and fan speed varies depending on the level of the hydraulic oil temperature .
