复合平面多连杆机构在某型雷达随动系统中的应用

摘    要:在雷达工程中常常需要天馈线部分做匀速扫描,以完成雷达波在空间的波束的覆盖。通常都是将电机的旋转运动转化成执行端的旋转或者一定角度摆动。如果动力源与负载端距离较远,或者对随动系统有其他特殊要求,传统方案就不能够满足要求。本文中采用复合平面多连杆机构完成天线俯仰角的调整,用以完成在限定的高度条件下,连杆的俯仰调整范围满足总体性能指标要求。

Abstract:In the Radar project ,we often need antenna make even pace for Radar beam complete coverage of the space. Usually make the rotary motion of the motor into rotation or swing angle of the end execution. If the distance of power source and the load is far, or theservo system has other special requirements ,traditional solutions can not meet the requirements .In this paper, the use of composite planar multi-link mechanism to complete the antenna elevation angle adjustment, in order to complete angle of evevation under the limited conditions of highly, the evevation of rod meet the global performance index requirements.
