摘    要:分析原有刮板减速器输入机构的轴承受力和失效,原有高速轴散热差的问题。分别给出较为合理的轴承选型,简易的高速轴冷却结构,解决了原有刮板减速器输入机构的一些常见问题。

Abstract:This paper analyzes force worked on input machine and failure and how existing poor heat dissipation problem of high-speed shaft , results a reasonable bearing selection . By designing the simple cooling structure of high-speed shaft , some common problems of the input machine of Gearbox on Armored Face Conveyor are solved .
