摘    要:在solidworks中建立车架中部抗扭管的三维模型,然后通过igs格式导入到有限元前处理软件hyperworks中进行前处理,建立其有限元模型,最后选择极限工况对该模型在ansys软件中进行强度和刚度的计算、分析,并判断出该车架中部抗扭管的结构是否合理分析结果表明,圆形截面的车架中部抗扭管的应力分布均匀,强度和刚度均满足要求

Abstract:This paper tries to establish three-dimensional models with solidworks and import it through IGS files into the finite element software HyperWorks . The finite element model is set up , and the limit conditions of the model are selected to calculate and analyze its strength and stiffness to determine whether the torsion tube structure is reasonable . Analysis results show that , the middle of the frame of circular cross-section torsion tube uniform stress distribution , strength and stiffness to meet the requirements .
