| 摘 要： | 结合转子的平衡理论,以J2108胶印机的压印滚筒为研究对象,对印刷机滚筒进行动平衡研究.根据滚筒的结构特点,对其进行适当的简化,运用有限元分析软件ANSYS进行建模与分析,最终得到滚筒不平衡的相关数据和信息,为实际生产中滚筒进行动平衡提供参考.

| Abstract: | Dynamic balance of print cylinder was studied on the impression cylinder of J2108 offset machine according to the balanced theory of rotor. The structure of cylinder was simplified according to its feature. Finite element analysis software ANSYS was applied to establish the modal of cylinder and analyze it. Relevant data and information about cylinder were obtained from the analysis to provide reference for the dynamic equilibrium of the cylinder in actual production. |
