摘    要:分析了甲基葡萄糖苷的作用机理并构建了无粘土相甲基葡萄糖苷水平井钻井液体系.确定无粘土相甲基葡萄糖苷水平井钻井液体系配方为:甲基葡萄糖苷基液∶海水(4∶6)+0.2%Na2CO3+0.5%流型调节剂VIS+1%降滤失剂HFL+0.1%抗氧化剂,用CaCO3将体系密度调整到1.15 g·cm-3.室内研究结果表明,无粘土相...

Abstract:This paper studied on the function and mechanism of methyl glucoside,and then designed the clay free methyl glucoside drilling fluid system for horizontal wells.The composition of the clay free methyl glucoside drilling fluid system was as follows: methyl glucoside base fluid∶sea water(4∶6) +0.2% Na2CO3+0.5% rheological adjuster VIS+1% controlled-lost agent HFL+0.1% antioxidant,and its density was djusted to 1.15 g·cm-3 by CaCO3.The indoor laboratory experiment results showed that the optimal formulation had good rheology,static and dynamic sand-carrying ability,inhibition,lubrication,high tolerance to contaminations.Besides,this drilling fluid system exhibited excellent reservoir and environment protecting properties.
