玉米须黄酮的超声波提取工艺研究

摘    要:研究了玉米须黄酮的超声波提取工艺.通过单因素实验和正交实验,得到玉米须黄酮的最佳提取条件为:提取溶剂为水、液料比(mL∶ g)12∶ 1、pH值9、提取温度50℃、提取时间30 min,在此条件下玉米须粗黄嗣得率达到2.58%.

Abstract:Ultrasonic extraction technology of corn stigma flavonoids was studied through single factor experiment and orthogonal experiment.The optimal extraction conditions were obtained as follows:using water as extraction solvent,ratio of liquid to solid of 12∶1(mL∶g),pH value of 9,extraction temperature of 50 ℃,extraction time of 30 min.Under the optimal conditions,extraction rate of corn stigma flavonoids was 2.58%.
