出铁场除尘技术在首钢京唐5500m~3高炉除尘中的应用

高炉在开、堵铁口及出铁过程中产生大量的烟尘,采用岀铁场除尘技术治理首钢京唐5500m3高炉岀铁场一、二次烟尘,是极有效的节能减排技术措施。其方法是首先确定合理的抽风量,依据抽风量的大小在高炉岀铁场产尘点设置顶吸罩、侧吸罩、沟盖,将烟尘最大限度的密闭捕集后,通过除尘系统负压风机的抽吸作用,烟尘经阀门和管道,引到地面低压脉冲布袋除尘器系统中,净化后达标排放。

Application of dust removal technology of iron field in blast furnace of 5500m3 in Shougang Jingtang

Lots of dusts generated when iron notch is opened,closed or during working.It is quite effective in energy conservation and emission reduction by using dust removal technology to remove the first and second dust of Shougang Jingtang blast furnace of 5500m3.Firstly is to determine the reasonable amount of ventilation,and then to set top suction hood,suction side cover,ditch cover accordingly on the dust producing points of cast house.Maximum amount of dust are captured closely,and sucked through valve and pump by negative pressure fan to low pressure pulse bag filter system on the ground,purified to the standard and discharged.
