德士古渣油气化炉的数值模拟

摘    要:渣油在德士古气化炉中发生非常复杂的不完全燃烧反应,它生成了工业生产合成氨所需的原料气。文中建立了这一过程的数值模拟模型,采用κ-εRNG模型来模拟湍流流动,简化的PDF模型来模拟湍流燃烧过程,辐射传热采用离散坐标模型,得到符合生产实验的燃料模型。

Abstract:In order to get a thorough understanding about the interior reactions in Texaco gasifier and provide information for further development of residual oil gasification process, a comprehensive mathematical model for simulation of residual oil combustion has been developed in this paper. RNG k-e model was employed to describe the turbulence of continuous gas phase and simplified-PDF model for chemical reactions, discrete ordinates model for radiation were also used. The contours of inner temperature, velocity and the distribution curves of CO and H2 were obtained with the models presented. These simulation results were in good agreement with the plant operation data.
