催化反应精馏法制D-乳酸的研究

摘    要:筛选了SHY树脂作为D-乳酸甲酯的水解树脂,考察了树脂水解动力学性能。根据推导的水解动力学方程求取水解、酯化反应的指前因子和活化能。运用Aspen Plus软件对D-乳酸产量为1 kt/a的反应精馏塔进行模拟,发现精馏塔反应段需要9块理论板,其中进料位置以上需3块理论板,进料位置以下需6块理论板。

Abstract:SHY resin was selected as the hydrolysis resin of methyl D-lactate,and its hydrolysis kinetics was investigated.According to the derived hydrolysis kinetics equation,the pre-exponential factors and activation energies were calculated.Aspen Plus software was used to simulate the reaction distillation column with D-lactic acid output of 1 kt/a.It was found that 9 theoretical plates were needed in the reaction section of the distillation column,including 3 theoretical plates above the feed position and 6 theoretical plates below the feed position.
