高品质RDX在DNAN中的溶解及反复熔融特性研究

摘    要:为研究高品质RDX在2,4-二硝基苯甲醚(DNAN)中的溶解及反复熔融特性,采用高效液相色谱法研究了高品质RDX在DNAN中的溶解度及影响因素;通过工艺试验研究了DNAN/高品质RDX熔铸炸药在反复熔融后的不可逆增稠特性;运用热台显微装置研究了高品质RDX在DNAN中的溶解及析出过程,并与普通RDX(3类)进行了对比。结果表明,随着高品质RDX粒度的增大,其在DNAN中的溶解度逐渐减小,呈近似线性关系;高品质RDX在DNAN中的溶解度随温度升高而增大,115℃时高品质RDX(d50=470μm)在DNAN中的最大溶解度达到8.87g/100g,在不同温度下溶解度均小于普通RDX;DNAN/高品质RDX配方在反复熔融后的不可逆增稠程度小于DNAN/普通RDX配方;高品质RDX在DNAN中的溶解首先从晶粒的不规则外沿和晶体凹陷区域开始,溶解速率受颗粒尺寸及不规则程度影响,且明显慢于普通RDX;析出存在两种方式且析出后形状呈不规则变化。

Abstract:In order to study the dissolution,precipitation and repeated melting characteristics of high-quality RDX in 2,4-dimitroanisole(DNAN),the solubility and its influencing factors of high quality RDX in DNAN were researched by high performance liquid chromatography(HPLC).The irreversible thickening characteristics of DNAN/high-quality RDX melt cast explosive after repeated melting were studied by process test,and the soluble and precipitated processes of high-quality RDX were observed and analyzed by hot-stage polarization microscope,which were compared with commercial RDX(three types).The results show that the solubility of high-quality RDX in DNAN decreases gradually with the increase of particle size,showing an approximate linear relationship.Meanwhile,the solubility of high-quality RDX in DNAN increases with the increase of temperature.The maximum solubility of high quality RDX(d50=47μm)in DNAN is 8.87g/100g at 115℃,and the solubility of high-quality RDX is generally less than commercial RDX at different temperatures.The irreversible thickening degree of DNAN/high-quality RDX explosive is less than DNAN/commercial RDX after reiterative fusibility.The first soluble process of high-quality RDX starts from the irregular outer edge of the grain and the depression region of the crystal,the dissolution rate is influenced by particle size and irregularity,and it is significantly slower than commercial RDX.The precipitated processes of high-quality RDX have two ways and the shape is irregular after precipitation.
