矿井复合顶板应力分析及支护对策

摘    要:针对复合顶板支护失效、应力测试困难问题,杜儿坪矿73092工作面进行地应力测试,对复合顶板围岩结构进行了受力分析和数值模拟分析。分析表明:当节理、软弱夹层等复合岩层主要分布在锚杆支护范围外时,调小锚杆锚索排距至1000~1100 mm;当节理、软弱夹层等复合岩层主要分布在锚杆支护范围内时,建议采用顶板全锚索支护,长度5300 mm左右,排距1200 mm,同时增加帮锚索数量至每排2根,进一步加强煤帮变形控制。

Abstract:In view of the failure of compound roof support and the difficulty of stress test in deep mine,taking 73092 working face of Du'erping Mine Coal as an example,the paper has the stress analysis and numerical simulation analysis on the surrounding rock structure of compound roof.Analysis shows that when the composite rock layers such as joints and weak interlayers are mainly distributed outside the range of bolt support,the row spacing of the anchor bolts should be adjusted to 1000 to 1100 mm,when the composite rock layers such as joints and weak interlayers are mainly distributed in the range of bolt support,it is recommended to use full roof cable support,with a length of about 5300 mm and a row spacing of 1200 mm,increasing the number of anchor cables to 2 per row to further strengthen the coal gang deformation control.
