厚煤层留小煤柱托顶煤沿空掘巷支护技术

摘    要:红山煤业主采3号煤层,埋深125238 m,煤层厚度平均5.35 m,倾角平均3。,赋存稳定,煤体强度高、整体性好、承载力强。分析了工作面胶带运输巷留小煤柱托顶煤沿空掘巷围岩变形特点,特别是过老空巷区域围岩变形原因,提出正常区域采用锚网+锚索支护,过老空巷区域采用缩小锚杆、锚索排距,增加刚性棚补强,对围岩封闭注浆加固的联合支护方案。实践表明,巷道围岩变形量较小,支护效果较好。

Abstract:The paper analyzed the roadway deformation characteristics of gob-side driving roadway with small coal pillars in Hongshan Coal Industry,especially the causes of surrounding rock deformation in the area of archaic gob-side roadway,and put forward"anchor net+anchor cable"support in normal area,reduced anchor and anchor rope discharge distance in crossing old roadway area to increase rigid shed reinforcement and reinforce the sealing grouting of surrounding rock.Practice showed that the deformation of surrounding rock is small and the supporting effect is good.
