| 摘 要： | 山西阳煤集团率先在新元公司3207综采工作面推广使用国内煤炭行业首部SZD1000/1710型直角转盘一体机,大幅提升了生产效益。直角转盘一体刮板运输机集综采工作面刮板输送、转载、破碎功能于一体,通过转盘原理应用,采用单链刮板输送,实现了90°转弯,将输送的煤炭经过转载部直接转移到胶带输送机上,填补了国内高端刮板机应用的技术空白,属国内首创。

| Abstract: | Shanxi yangcheng coal group took the lead in promoting the use of the first szdl000/1710 type right-angle turntable all-in-one machine in the domestic coal industry in the 3207 fully mechanized mining working face of Singapore company,which greatly improved the production efficiency.Orthogonal rotary scraper conveyor integrated set of scraper conveyor of fully mechanized working face,reproduced,crushing functions in an organic whole,through the use of rotary principle using single scraper conveyor,realized the turn 90°,transferring the conveying coal after reprint department directly onto the belt conveyor,fills the blank of high-end scraping machine application technology in domestic,belong to domestic initiation. |
