综放工作面聚能爆破切顶卸压护巷技术应用

摘    要:为保证镇城底矿28116工作面南一下组回风下山的稳定,基于切顶卸压护巷技术,分析了工作面切顶卸压前后的巷道受力情况,提出了针对巷道顶板进行切顶卸压,切断悬臂梁结构,防止应力传递到巷道中;并根据工作面具体参数确定了聚能爆破炮孔布置位置及爆破技术参数,共确定聚能爆破孔170个,辅助孔169个;在现场作业时,采用了锚索补强支护,切顶卸压后并针对南一下组回风下山顶巷道变形量及顶板离层量进行了监测,结果表明:变形量较小且可以保证南一下组回风下山巷道安全稳定。切顶卸压技术有效地提高资源回收率,为矿井带来更大的经济效益和安全效益,为类似矿井工作面提供了借鉴经验。

Abstract:To ensure the stability of return air downhill at 28116 working face in Zhenchengdi Colliery,cutting the roof cantilever beam was put forward to prevent stress from transferring to the roadway and the location of energy-accumulating blasting holes and various blasting items were determined according to the parameters at working face by analysis of the stress situation of roadway before and after roof-cutting and pressure-relief based on the technology of roof-cutting-and-pressure-relief roadway support.In the field operation,anchor cable reinforcement support was adopted and the roadway deformation and roof separation were monitored,whose results showed that the roof-cutting-and-pressure-relief technology can effectively improve the recovery rate of resources,bring greater economic and security benefits to the mine and provide reference for similar working faces.
