断层应力区拱形巷道联合支护技术应用

摘    要:基于北四盘区辅运延伸巷过DFs断层,顶板破碎,出现顶板下沉、局部冒顶现象,分析了原支护设计主要问题,提出采用“JW型钢带连桥+管式注浆锚杆+锚索+U29钢棚”联合支护。断层应力区巷道采取联合支护措施后,未出现冒顶现象,顶板下沉量控制在120 mm以下,掘进速度提高至4.2 m/d.

Abstract:In view of the roof breakage,subsidence and partial fall during crossing fault in auxiliary transportation extension roadway,the combined support with JW-type steel-strip bridging,pipe-type grouting bolt,anchor cable and U29 steel shed was introduced,which can control the roof subsidence under 120 mm and increase the excavation speed to 4.2 m/d with no roof fall.
