水峪煤业井下排水监控系统的设计及测试研究

摘    要:将井下排水监控系统应用到井下排水系统中,并不断对其进行设计研究,成为提高井下作业安全的关键。因此,由山西科达自动化公司工程师和矿方工程技术人员组成的设计团队,在结合汾西矿业集团水峪煤业排水系统工况特点基础上,开展了监控系统的设计研究,并进行了现场应用测试。结果表明:所设计的监控系统功能更加全面,使系统中故障排除时间缩短了将近50%,并为企业节约近50万元/年的费用支出,对后期监控系统的推广应用奠定了基础。

Abstract:It is the key to improving the safety of underground operation to apply the underground drainage monitoring to the underground drainage system.On basis of the operating conditions of the drainage system of Shuiyu Coal Industry Co.,Ltd.,the author makes a study on the design of monitoring system and implements the field application test,whose results show that the designed monitoring system can shorten the troubleshooting time by nearly 50%,save the cost of nearly RMB500,000 per year with full functions,and lay a foundation for the promotional application of the monitoring system.
