软碎回采巷道围岩承载体系及控制技术探讨

摘    要:针对软弱破碎围岩巷道支护困难的问题,以经坊矿3-边角071顺槽掘进为工程背景,通过分析软弱破碎围岩变形特征和巷道围岩承载体系,得出软弱破碎围岩变形特征主要是由弹性变形、碎胀变形、塑性变形等五种变形组合形成;围岩的自承体系由巷道内支护、浅层围岩及深部围岩耦合形成。针对断层构造叠加影响的巷道变形,提出采用π形梁配合单体液压支柱加固,并补打点柱进行补强支护来保证巷道断面的稳定性。

Abstract:In view of the supporting difficulties caused by the surrounding rock of the soft and fragmentary roadway,taking the 3-corner-071 tunnel driving in Jingfang mine as the engineering background,the paper concludes that the deformation characteristics of the soft and fragmentary surrounding rock are mainly formed by the combination of five kinds of deformation such as elastic deformation,fragmentary expansion deformation and plastic deformation etc.,and the self-supporting system of the surrounding rock is formed by the inside of the roadway Support,shallow surrounding rock and deep surrounding rock are formed by coupling based on the analysis and research on the deformation characteristics of the soft and fragmentary surrounding rock and the bearing system of the surrounding rock of the roadway.In view of the tunnel deformation affected by the superimposition of fault structure,π-shaped beam and single column are proposed to reinforce and support to ensure the stability of tunnel section.
