摘    要:根据包钢带式球团矿生产实际用料情况,研究了焙烧温度、焙烧时间、膨润土配比及预热温度4个因素对球团矿FeO含量的影响,采用了4因素4水平正交试验法。试验结果发现,影响球团矿FeO含量的因素由强到弱分别为焙烧时间、焙烧温度、膨润土配比、预热温度;其中,最优水平为焙烧温度1240℃、焙烧时间14 min、膨润土配比2.0%、预热温度600℃;最差水平为焙烧温度1240℃、焙烧时间8 min、膨润土配比3.0%、预热温度900℃。

Abstract:In the paper,the effects of such four factors as calcination temperature,calcination time,proportion of bentonite and preheating temperature on content of FeO in pellet are studied based on the actual situation of material for the production with belt type pellet firing machine of Baotou Steel.The orthogonal experiment with four factors at four levels is adopted.The experiment results showed that the factors influencing content of FeO in pellet from strong to weak were calcination time,calcination temperature,proportion of bentonite and preheating temperature.It is optimum that calcination temperature is 1240℃,calcination time is 14 min,proportion of bentonite is 2.0%and preheating temperature is 600℃as well as it is the worst that calcination temperature is 1240℃,calcination time is 8 min,proportion of bentonite is 3.0%and preheating temperature is 900℃.
