滚动轴承在选矿厂球磨机上的应用

球磨机是宝山矿业公司磨矿分级工序中非常重要的设备,也是全厂耗能大户,其能耗一般占全厂能耗的50%~70%,球磨机采用滚动轴承代替滑动轴承对节约能耗意义重大。现在将五系列二次磨机改造安装两套滚动轴承运转至今效果较好。通过改造前后电流对比,综合节约能耗达10%以上,年节约电费44万元左右。另外,避免了磨机“研瓦”事故发生和节约了大量润滑油。

Application of Rolling Bearing on Ball Mill of Concentration Plant

The ball mill is very important equipment in the process of grinding and classification in Baoshan Mining Co.as well as its energy consumption is the most in the whole plant.Its energy consumption generally accounts for 50%~70%of that of the whole plant.It is of great significance for saving energy consumption to use rolling bearing instead of sliding bearing on ball mill.At present,the five series of secondary mills are transformed and installed with two sets of rolling bearings as well as the operation effect is better so far.The comprehensive energy consumption saving is over 10%,annual electricity fee is saved by about RMB 0.44 million Yuan through comparing the electric current before and after transformation.Moreover,the roughness could be avoided and a lot of lubricating oil could be saved.
