空巷灌浆充填技术在岳城煤矿1307工作面应用

摘    要:针对综采工作面过空巷时易发生顶板垮落及煤壁大面积片帮等问题,提出了空巷灌浆充填技术体系,并对充填效果进行了现场验证。结果表明,过空巷期间巷道顶底板围岩变形均在控制范围之内,支架初撑力、末阻力、顶板周期来压情况均与正常回采阶段无明显差别,巷道内部充填体与煤岩体形成整体,提高了煤层的整体塑性,实现了工作面安全回采。

Abstract:Aiming at the problems of roof collapse and large area of rib spalling in fully mechanized mining face crossing goaf,a full filling technology system of goaf is put forward,and the filling effect is verified on site.Results show that the surrounding rock deformation of roof and floor of roadway is within the control range during crossing goaf.The initial support,final resistance and roof periodic pressure are not significantly different from the normal mining stage.The filling body in roadway and coal rock mass form an integral whole,which improves the overall plasticity of coal seam and realizes the safe mining of working face.
